By using and engaging with our phone number code receiving platform and API, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. You also accept that any misuse of the platform may result in both legal and non-legal consequences, including potential penalties, account suspension, or termination.

II. Partnership / Become a client

Our platform operates on an invite-only basis and is intended solely for legitimate business purposes. If you wish to provide numbers or become a client, we welcome inquiries from reputable individuals and organizations. III. Acceptable Use

Our service is designed for legitimate and ethical use cases, such as app testing, business automation, and privacy protection. You agree not to use our service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes. Engaging in prohibited activities, including but not limited to identity theft, spamming, or bypassing security measures, will result in immediate suspension or termination of access, along with potential legal consequences in accordance with applicable laws.

We are fully committed to complying with all legal obligations and cooperating with law enforcement authorities. X. Logs

Should you, as a law enforcement agency, require logs, please submit your request by the end of the respective week (by 11:59 PM NZT, New Zealand time). Logs will not be provided to partners or clients in order to protect user privacy, unless explicit permission has been granted.

XI. Limitations

By default, you are limited to 3 requests per second, if the number of requests is exceeded, our servers will send the following response: { "status": "ERROR", "error": "Exceeded limit of 3 requests per second" }

XII. Regulatory

By using our services, you confirm that, as of the current date, you are not listed as a sanctioned entity or individual under the New Zealand Government's sanctions registry or do not obtain funds from a sanctioned source (For example, Sberbank as of 28/04/2025). Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and could lead to legal consequences where applicable. XIII. Prohibited Apps
